Create an approval process that validates when a Prospect Account becomes a Customer

I have searched all the answers, but have yet to find the error I am getting. Can someone please explain to me what this means.

Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 
There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: NO_APPLICABLE_PROCESS, No applicable approval process was found.:

Hello Brennan,

Did you name the Process the right way?

The error message sounds to me like the system is looking for an approval process which does not exist.

I did name it correctly, I am just going to re-create it and see if the works, if it doesn't I will be back with screen shots.

Entry Criteria(Account: TypeEQUALSProspect) AND (Account: EmployeesGREATER THAN500
