how can one call force API 6.0 in javascript

hello,
just tell me how can i call sforce API in my javascript ?
i am using sforce API 6.0 and asp.net using c#.
i have to use partner wsdl.

Huh? If you are using C# why do you want to use javascript?

Whatever, checkout the AJAX toolkit. It is essentially a javascript wrapper around the API.
