Case Reassignment

I'd like to know if you can set up cases to reassign if a Case is still open and the Business Hours for that case are over?  For example a client has 3 business hours for different regions that do not overlap.  If Region 1 does not change the status of the case from Open and their business hours end, the Case should be reassigned to region 2.


I am pretty certain you should be able to do this using a timestamped workflow rule



Unfortunately you can't you time based workflow to call on the business hours.  Also if the requirement is that that business hours "close" so you want to send it on.  It's is not a X number of hours after the Case is received or X number of hours before some time (without hard coding business hours).
