field not available for Edit??

Hello,

 

The picklist field Forcast Category is not available for edit, and I am also not able to edit its value.

I am the admin, and this was done on purpose some time back, and not able to recollect how to undo it??

 

It is visible and read only is not checked for my profile

Are you sysadmin?...

If not make sure to check  "edit read only fields" and "modify all data" permission in your profile

I am System Admin.. yes I have both the permissions checked ..

You might want to check Field Level Security on this field.(Forecast Category)

 

Ideally, It should be setup as VISIBLE , uncheck READ ONLE

it is set as Visible, and Read-Only is not checked
