How to open a complete physycal folder of force.com sandbox code in IDE

I have the physical code of some application on my system i need to oipen it using IDE installed.

But i am not able to. How to do it any idea.

Coz i need to see the codes and other stuffs and how its working.

Drop the code into an existing (or new project) following the correct project structure and it should appear - but you'll get errors if you try and save it back to the relevant org - until you Synchronise with Server. You should be able to view it though.

You require the login credentials along with security token to sync with Sandbox account.
