User can edit add content into the email template ?

I have created custom email template and sent to the contact email id.  Is it possible user can add the content into the template and sent to others? Please advice me.

Sure, as long as it is in a folder they have access to...

 

If they e-mailing it they can select the template for the e-mail screen and make changes from their without affecting the overall template, or if you allow they can edit the original template.

System admin have created the email templates and template forlders are read/write accessible by all users in Professional edition. Professional edition haven't profile features so its very difficult to identify the edit privileage in standard user profile. my question is standard user profile user's have template edit privileges or not? 

 

Suppose standard user's want to add some content inside the template  how the user can do it?please advice me.
