Calling an email template from a Custom button or link.

Does anyone out there know how to call an email template from a custom button?

Same for me.  Also trying to set the correct email reply address to automatically use Email-to-Case...

You can create a custom button [URL] in the object & add it in the pagelayout .Paste the url as below where template_id is nothing but the ID of the template in instance.

 

Customize the URL as per ur need.  :smileyhappy:
