How to remove standard buttons at the bottom of the detail page

Hi All,

 

Is there any ways to remove standard buttons on bottom of the detail page / layout ?. I want to show the standard buttons at the top of the detail page only.  Any help is appreciated.

Only if you move towards VisualForce for pages.

I know it's possible via VF pages; checking whether it is possible via configuration or not  :-( .

Is it possible to remove the Standard Buttons from the bottom of the detail pages?
They are too easily confused with the page section appearing immediately above the buttons - users think those buttons will operate on the section they appear below, NOT on the entire record.
