Console Tab

Hi,

 

How do I change the Console tab to Default On from Tab Hidden? Here is the catch, when I click on the edit button on a profile no option to change to Default On. Is this a Salesforce case to have them turn this feature on?

Console is a standard feature, I'd suggest you try if there are any console templates available

goto Your Name --> Setup --> on the left hand side goto Customize --> Console --> Console Layouts --> Click new

Make sure you have a console layout assigned to that profile too.
