Need Salesforce.com Architect

Good Morning All,
    We are on the look out for a true Salesforce.com Architect who can live and work on the west coast close to the Salesforce.com offices.  Architect will have a contract setup with us and will help us evaluate bids.
We are a group of 20 developers, B.A and 2 managers.
