sftechlearner How to pull opportunity owner's manager's email address in opportunity
Hi,
There is a closed/won email alert that sends out email alert to Opportunity owners whenever they close the opportunity.
We would like to the opportunity owner's manager's email address in the receipient list for which we need to pull opportunity owner's manager's email in the opportunity level.
Any ideas on how to do this?

Hello,
You can achieve this by setting up a workflow on opportunity with action email alert. In email alert there are various Recipient options which you can setup like: role, public group, related user.
So in your wf email alert you can define recipient as Manager's role.
