Salesforce Administrator - Leading Executive Business Services Firm - San Diego, CA

Twenty Recruitment are working with an industry leading executive business services firm to hire a Salesforce Administrator for their office in San Diego, CA.

Our client, voted one of the best places to work in San Diego, is looking for a Salesforce Admin who will be responsible for the planning and analysis of business systems requirements for Salesforce, system changes or enhancements in coordination with business users, management, other IT resources and/or vendors.

In this role the Salesforce Admin will also work with business partners to identify practical solutions to business problems using Salesforce and be responsible for the administration and ongoing support of Salesforce and other technologies related to Salesforce.

Other key responsibilities alongside acting as the primary Salesforce System Admin will include developing strong relationships with user groups to support user adoption, ensure proper use of Salesforce and productive growth and change around the application and corresponding business processes. They will also need to work with management to design and implement forecasts, reports and dashboards as well as manage data loads and data quality.

For this role, you will need to be degree educated with at least 4 years hands-on experience within configuration and administration of Salesforce.com. You should also have experience with Salesforce.com API, SOAP messaging and integrations with other enterprise applications. Finally you should have experience in analysis of business process, workflow and modeling as well as experience working in a task-oriented environment by where project management practices and disciplines are the key method towards job execution. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are expected.
