Action function not working in IE

Hi,

 

   I have a action function which is called on onchange() event it works fine in firefox, however it is niot getting called in IE8.

 

   Please let me know any work arounds or things which I can check.

It worked for me now but only for 1 option. So for payment type I have 2 option credit card and pay pal. If I select Pay pal it works fine but not when credit card.

 

I think the selection of the payment type should not have any effect on the function being called but it  does and its not working......

 

Any idea?
