Partner Portal : Search

Hi Everyone,

I have partner portal enabled in my org and we have a standard Search functionality as well. Even though it works fine and returns results, whenever I click on these results, instead of getting redirected to the item - I am getting an Error Page - Aurthorization Required.

Any inputs?

Probably you need to give access to them.
The user generally have access to only there record and may need permission "view all" to view all the records.

I guess this is a profile issue, Suggest you check permission in profile. Like they have permission to view/edit or view all , whatever is necessary for that particualr object.

Thanks a lot for the reply. It's occured to me that whenever I click this seach result item - the connection goes secured. HTTP --> HTTPS. URL changes too.

 

Do you think this could be the reason why the portal asks for credentials again?
