I think there is an app called Synchronizer that does that.

You could also, theoretically speaking ,build vba code with officetoolkit to do that.
Some issues with synchronizer getting Error ,
saved the salesforce credentials succesfully , retreving object fields but while inserting data getting this Error
" Please confirm network Connection" ... could you please help me out..

I think you can export from access to excel, and than use data loader to load the excel into SF.
