Filtering and Displaying in pageblocktable

HI,

I have a scenario where I need to first filter Region then filter District which are in drop-down list and If I select District from drop-down I need to display that particular district's Terriotries in pageblocktable as records.

 

 

Please suggest any Ideas.

Thanks thats close to my scenario..

 

I want to show multiple filter like filtering first regions then districts and then rendering in tables which is there in the Link.

 

Any ideas..
