Setting $Label.site labels

Is there a way to set values for $Label.site labels? I need to modify next ones:

 

-  $Label.site.site_login

- $Label.site.username

- $Label.site.password

You can't modify the site labels. However you can create your own custom labels.

You need to have the translation workbench enabled for your org.
