I am sending data from one org to other salesforce org.(Contact records)
i want to send email alert to the email associated with the contact when Data recieved through sf to sf.
This is my Rule Criteria but it didn'f fire..can any one please help me

Determine a connection user, the connection owner will receive all email notifications including system notifications in case there is a functional error when the connection is inserting/updating a record.
Additionally, the connection owner will be assigned as the default owner of any new records, though this may be overridden by any assignment or other rules that determine record ownership.
So you may use the Contact Owner and the Time frame to filter the records and see if it is giving you the Right Sample including the Lats modified by Connection User.
