i m not able to find customize|live agent | developers is this availiable for trial version

Per the Live Agent Implementation Guide (https://na10.salesforce.com/help/pdfs/en/live_agent_impl_guide.pdf) this is only available in the Performance, Developer editions created after 6/14/12 and available for an additional cost in Enterprise and Unlimited editions.
