Phonegap is a complete SDK.

1) You should first have the understanding of platform on which you are going to use phonegap
2) Go through phone gap documentation platform guide on which you are familiar: http://docs.phonegap.com/en/edge/guide_platforms_index.md.html
3) Try wit hsome simple examples
4) If you get any issue with implemetation let us know on forum
