Can anyone tell me how to convert the below angular js code to visualforce ?
I have converted the above code:
But It doesnt work properly
I dono what is the problem in my code?

As Sumitkumar_Shingavi said, you don't need <html> tags, but it will still work.
AngularJs part is not working and it doesnt validate my form
