Salesforce reports

HI,
Please help to generate reports which contains only leadstatus change information..................

no other changes than leadstatus should get reflected in the report

Dear SF Buzz Vutukuri,


I would advise you to enable field tracking, its a quick way for you to (at a glance) see what has historically happened with the lead. To do so:
Click your name in the top right corner> Setup > Customize > Leads > Fields > Set Tracking History

Click save and you are done.
When you go into Lead detail page, any change that you make moving forward will be in the lead history related
