i want to know how to upload an audio file in salesforce?

You can try to upload the mp3 as we upload other kind of file.

Please provide the more description of your problem.
If you want to upload in notes and attachments then as Rishav said you can upload it as other files.

Upload in document , it will generate a url so you can use globally . make sure you check the global
