Outbound Messaging Delivery Status info by API

I'm looking to access the information shown on the Outbound Messaging Delivery Status screen (salesforce.com/ui/setup/outbound/WfOutboundStatusUi) via the Enterprise SOAP API, so we can implement a health check on our integration (i.e. that there are no stuck messages).

I cannot find a way in the developer documentation. Is this possible?
Tom - Unfortunately there is No API currently available for "Tracking Outbound Message Delivery Status".
