How to cancel online proctoring exam at scheduled time if we dont meet the requirements?

if i dont meet the requirements of the online proctoring 401 developer exam at the scheduled time , my exam can be rescheduled or cancelled. If i cancel it, how much of my amount ll be refunded?

Rama - If your exam is scheduled as online proctored, you can reschedule or cancel your exam before your scheduled start time without incurring a fee. Reschedules can be completed through your test taker account in Webassessor (instructions provided below). Cancellations cannot be completed through your test taker account; to request a cancellation, open a case (http://certification.salesforce.com/open-a-case) with the Salesforce Certification team
