If you are using MS PowerPoint 2010 or 2007, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Open a blank presentation and then save it.
Step 2: Click Home -> New Slides -> Reuse Slides.
Step 3: Now, click Browse to select the File(s) and locate previous (original) PowerPoint file and click Open.
Step 4: Mark Keep source formatting checkbox and then right click the first slide in the Reuse Slides panel. Select the Insert All Slides and save & republish the PPT files.

Note: If the PPT resources like audio, video, etc. removed then you need to insert that again.

If you are using MS PowerPoint 2003 or earlier, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Open a blank presentation and go to Insert -> Files -> Slides.
Step 2: Browse original corrupted PowerPoint file, in the Slide Finder dialog box.
Step 3: Mark Keep source formatting check box and click Insert All. Then, save presentation and republish it.
