Salesforce new Lightning UI displaying hidden tabs

Salesforce new lightning UI is displaying hidden tabs configured in profile. If the profile has viewAll permission the tab is displayed irrespective of Tab permission.

Can anyone guide me on this..

Hi Singhd,
You can remove the tab from the app by going to App Manager and edit the app and click on selected items and remove the unwanted tabs from the app.
