How to add a button or link in report to show help content?

Hi, 

I need add a button or link in report to navigate to a help page. 
Can any one help on this or give me other choice to achieve it?

Hi WenLong,

So there is no way to add new button or link directly into Statndard Report page.

We have some other alternative way to achieve this.
1. Using New URL Field
  • Create new URL field on your object
  • Set your help page as a default value (Custom VF page URL)
  • Add the same URL field on report
So with this approch all rows have help page link.
2. Using VF page
  •     Create new VF page for report
