Recordtypes are cannot updated in production

hi all,
when i move to Sandbox to Production Record types are not updated in Production...in Object it shows, but when i crate a new record its showing only default value..please help me..

Hi Rajesj,

Please add the new record types to all profiles, that is the reason the new recor types are not showing while create a new record.

Go to Profile -> Choose your profile --> In the profile choose the record type setting section -> then choose your object.

Then move the new record type from available to selected record types. Refer the below screenshot.

@vijay i activated new record type to all profile and also follwed your screen shot...but still not showing..it showng only default value..

Hi Rajesh,

Try the below ways,

Go to My settings -> Choose Set Default record type option -> then uncheck the checkbox for the corresponding object.
