Developer Edition Login
I keep receiving the "Houson, we have a problem," message - I've logged in before and I can't reset my password. What should I do?

Could you please use both Email ID and User Name unique from old ids.
Make sure that you never used this User Name any time with Salesforce.
Safe side, create one new Gmail Account and provide that id in both email and user name.

You can't use your Organization's Sandbox or Production environments for Trailhead.
You have to create new Developer Environment by using the below URL:
https://developer.salesforce.com/ --- Click on Signup
Should I create a new Developer Edition for Trailhead?
Yes, we recommend that you start with a fresh Developer Edition (DE) when completing Trailhead challenges since existing org configurations might conflict with changes you make for a challenge. You can use the same DE for all challenges.

Please check your spam and also if it is gmail then check Primary / Social / Promotions.
Also send me the printscreens, how you are registering the DE User Account.

If you have created a new Developer edition and yet finding difficulty in logging into your account then you can reachout to the Salesforce Support so that they can make a reset of your password.
