Is there any way to copy a account record from one saleforce org to another salesforce org.

I need create a button for copying a specific account record  from one saleforce to another saleforce.

Any possibilities doing it using apex code.

have u checked salesforce to salesforce it can be used to create this data sharing relationship and easily enables two trading partners to share relevant data records between orgs.
