Hi All
We have a webapp which provides calling feature to users(for their contacts) using aestrisk service.
Now we want to implement same feature to Salesforce, ie we want to provide a functionality in salesforce so that user can directly call from salesforce to their contact/lead (present in reports) using same aestrisk service.
Please guide me how proceed for this.

Currently our webapp provides user to connect to a contact and provide call information on a popup(which sync back to salesforce) which comes when user connects to a prospect
Do we need to expose any api from our side to achieve same? We also need a pop up which have feature to write call informations back to salesforce.
