I have developed an app in salesforce which i want to put on the app exchange .can anyone tell me the stepwise procedure to do the same??

Step 1:- Develop your app
Step 2:- enable name space on dev org
Step 3:- Complete code review by checkmarks URL:- https://security.secure.force.com/security/tools/forcecom/scanner
Step 4: Register on partner community URL_;-https://partners.salesforce.com/
Step 5: Create listing
Step 6:- Submit your code for code review
Step 7:- Once code review done . Publish your app on app exchange
