offline Logs

I need to be able to see the logs created by my code using system.debug inclusive if I am offline.
How can this be done?

Hi Jose, 

As of now if you are in offline we cannot see debug logs.
Please let me know is ther any other tool using.

Hi Jose,, 
As Jagadeesh replyied you as of now there is no offline tool available Due to following reasion 
  1.  SF is a SAAS Cloud platform.
  2.  Your Apex and VF pages are compiled on server macine so you definetly need to be online with fast internet.
But in near future SF team may provide offline compiler
