The responsibilities of theGlobal Support CRM Success Manager are described below.

  • Consult with internal and external clients on CRM needs
  • Manage list of issues and enhancement for the system
  • Advise internal and external clients on use of the CRM system
  • Maintain relationship with CRM vendor
  • Interface will departments globally
  • Work with IT group on issue list, upgrades
  • Keep leadership current on new features and improvement of the system

BS degree in Computer Science or related field of study

3 years minimum of experience in Saleforce implementation (ServiceCloud implementation preferred)      


The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Expert Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of Relational Database concepts and structures
  • Experience with defining Metrics, KPIs, dashboards,  Business Intelligence Reports and analytic needs
