How to disable the Email me report setting?

Couple of months ago, I created one Org to build reports and dashboards and enabled Email me option to get one of the reports every week.

I now receive the report every week and wanted to disable the setting. I tried few options but didn't work. I then disconnected the Org hoping that, it will stop sending me weekly emails. But I still receive the report on a regular basis. The make it worst, I also forgot the username for the Org I disconnected.

Please let me know how I can disable the setting to stop receiving the report?

All trials have an expiration date generally this is the 30-day provided to you by Salesforce.

Check your inbox email list where you might have received org activation mail and you can find user details there.  Else you can log a case with the trailhead support team using below link.

Hi Prash,

You would need to login to org to unsubscribe from report notifications.

Else you can use Email Deliverability,  Navigate to Setup, enter Deliverability in the Quick Find box, then select Deliverability.

You can select one of below two options.

No access—Prevents all outbound email to and from users.
System email only—Allows only automatically generated emails, such as new user and password reset emails.

Thanks for trying but I am afraid to say that it doesn't solve the problem. As I mentioned in the description, I have disconnected the Trailhead Org and also forgot the user name for it. Is there a way where I can either activate this Org or see the report in question even though the Org is disconnected or recover the user name to try log into the Org?
