I am encountering an error on challenge four of the Service Cloud Specialist superbadge. Has someone solved that?

I have done all the challenges before, but now I don't understand what is asking. Can you help me understanding what I am missing, please?
 
I have also created a Task in Salesforce but the challenge is still not complete.
