Step 2 - Create Flow to Retrieve File ID from Email Address

Create a screen flow to identify the bank statement file from the customer’s email address–with no code. Learn more about automating tasks with flows.

1. On the App Launcher, select Flows.
2. Click the New button to create a new flow.
3. The New Automation screen opens. Under Categories, find the Autolaunched Automations tile.
4. Under Types, select Autolaunched Flow (No Trigger).
5. The Flow Builder opens. Continue to add elements to set the actions the flow will execute.

• Add element to retrieve contact ID from the user's email address.
• Add element to retrieve the Document ID from Contact ID.
