Get Started with B2C Commerce Einstein API

Use B2C Commerce Einstein API to send shopper profiles to the Einstein engine. Send a single shopper's profile or send shopper profiles in bulk. A shopper profile includes the shopper's preferences.

Use B2C Commerce Einstein API to get recommendations from the Einstein engine. To help Einstein build recommendations, use the API to tell the Einstein engine when a shopper:

• views a product
• views a recommendation
• clicks a recommendation
• adds a product to their cart
