ChangeRequestRelatedItem

Represents a junction object that relates a ChangeRequest to an Asset.

Introduced in API version 54.0.

  • Description:

    The Asset ID that’s linked to the ChangeRequest.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Relationship name: Asset

  • Relationship type: relationship

  • Refers to: Asset

  • Description:

    The ChangeRequest ID that’s linked to the Asset.

    This field is a relationship field.

  • Description: A description of the change request as it relates to the item.

  • Type: picklist

  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update

  • Description:

    The related item’s impact on the change request.

    The default value is High.

  • Possible values:

    • High — High (default)
    • Low — Low
    • Medium — Medium

  • Default value: High

  • Type: string
  • Properties: Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort
  • Description: The auto-generated ID of the item that’s related to the change request.

  • Type: picklist

  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update

  • Description:

    Shows how the ChangeRequest and Asset records relate to each other.

    The default value is Broke Item.

  • Possible values:

    • Broke Item — Broke Item (default)
    • Fixed Item — Fixed Item

  • Default value: Broke Item
