Ever dreamed of sharing the best ways to build apps with your fellow Salesforce developers through a talk on a Dreamforce stage? Soon you’ll have your shot! On June 15, 2018, we’ll be launching the Call for Presentations for the Developer Track at Dreamforce 2018. We’ll roll out all the details that day, but for now, we wanted to give you a heads up so you have time to brainstorm and perhaps collaborate with others on your talk proposals.
Start here
Our number one tip for submitting an impressive presentation idea is to think about what you’re most knowledgeable and passionate about. Perhaps it’s the best practices for your favorite product to build on, or maybe it’s sharing a product that developers don’t know much about and should know. If you think your idea will benefit other Salesforce developers in skill and/or career-building, we want to hear it.
Start thinking now about whether you want to present a short 20-minute theater session or a longer and more detailed 40-minute breakout session. We’ve found that 20-minute theater sessions are great for new topics or overviews, whereas breakouts are when you want to get into a room and really dive into detail on a topic with an audience.
