This promotional offer expires on June 15, 2017 at 11:59pm PDT. You must attend TrailheadDX to be eligible for the promotion. Receive two vouchers to be used towards a Salesforce certification with the purchase of a full-priced conference pass to TrailheaDX 2017. Vouchers can be applied towards any new Salesforce certification registration valued at USD200. Vouchers will be issued via the email address used for event registration on or before July 14th, 2017. No refunds will be provided for exam fees paid prior to effective date, on exam fees paid when there was a redeemable voucher, or for unused vouchers. Vouchers are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and eligible for use by recipient only. All vouchers will expire on December 31, 2017. Offer subject to change. Restrictions apply.

Can I get a refund for a certification exam I’ve already scheduled if I register for TrailheaDX?
No, the certification vouchers can only be used towards new certification exams.
What happens if I cancel my TrailheaDX registration? Do I still get to keep the certification vouchers?
No. If you cancel your registration, you will no longer be eligible for the certification vouchers. Here are details on canceling your TrailheaDX pass:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing here. Applicable refunds will be processed based on the time and date that the request was submitted:
Full refund: cancellation notices must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017
50% refund: cancellation notices must be received between 12:00:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2017 and 11:59:59 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 2017
No refunds will be processed for cancellation notices received after 12:00:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, 2017

How will I receive the certification vouchers?
Vouchers will be issued via the email address used for event registration on or before June 30th, 2017. You must attend TrailheaDX to receive the vouchers.
How do I register for my certification exams?

Do I have to complete the certifications by December 31, 2017 or can I just register by that date?
As long as you register for both certifications on Webassessor using your vouchers by December 31, 2017, you’ll be good to go!
Can I transfer the certification voucher to a friend or colleage?
Only the person who registered and attended TrailheaDX during the offer period can use the certification vouchers.
Are my maintenance exam fees also covered?
No, these vouchers will not cover maintenance exam fees. See details on maintaining your Salesforce certifications here.
Can I apply the voucher as a $200 credit to a higher priced certification? e.g. Platform Developer II?
The vouchers are exclusively for the USD200 price point exams.
Are Salesforce employees eligible for the voucher?
Employees, contractors, consultants, officers, directors and agents of Salesforce, including its parents, divisions, subsidiaries, agents are not eligible for the certification vouchers.
