Deploying a Flexible Page

As we mentioned at the start of this chapter, a Flexible Page has to be deployed via the Metadata API, and there are a few ways to do that: through the Force.com Migration Tool, the Force.com IDE, or Workbench.

You may have some of those already set up on your computer, but for the purposes of this exercise, we’re going to choose the simplest route. We’ll be deploying via the Workbench, which is an online suite of open-source tools designed for administrators and developers to interact with Salesforce organizations via the Force.com APIs.
