Working with AppExchange Leads

AppExchange collects contact information when people take various actions on a provider’s app or consulting service listing. This contact information is sent to a Salesforce organization of the provider’s choice in the form of a lead. Providers can choose which actions capture leads. The following actions can be configured to capture leads:

• Confirm installation (apps only)
• Take a test drive (apps only)
• Watch a demo/video
• Sign up for a free trial of the provider’s app and Salesforce (apps only)
• Click Learn More (consulting services only)
