Starting a Group or Two

Now that you’ve enabled Chatter, encourage people to collaborate by creating public and private focus groups around common interests. For example, you can create groups for the sales, marketing, product development teams, and so on.

Groups are a great way for users to share information and files and ask questions. Instead of sending out a mass email, group members can post questions on the group’s page; when a question is answered, it’s answered for all group members. Groups give instant access to subject matter experts.
