Tracking Fields on Your Objects

Chatter can track field changes for most of your records and objects, including your custom objects, and automatically push that information to the record’s feed. Tracking fields keeps you up to date with the latest changes on objects and records that interest you. Simply enable feed tracking on the object, then choose the fields to track.
