Task Custom Fields

Custom fields extend the standard Task object for use in Health Cloud to represent information about an individual.

CarePlanProblem__c	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Represents the conditions, problems, concerns, diagnoses, and so on, whose management and mitigation are handled by this plan.
SortOrder___c	Type double Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The order in which the task appears among other tasks associated with a goal.
TaskType__c	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The list of healthcare-related tasks configured in the org.
