To explain impact, let’s take a closer look at the Onboarding category. This category has two scoring factors: you share a business plan with us, and sign your partnership agreement.

A view of the Onboarding category with a highlight around the scoring factors.

This category is low impact because when you complete these tasks for a listing, you’re done. You don’t have to revisit the category unless you create another listing. As impact increases, so does your ongoing commitment. For example, we know that it takes time and effort to regularly answer questions on the Trailblazer Community. We want to respect that commitment by increasing the impact of that activity on your overall progress. High-impact categories reflect the most challenging—and rewarding—tasks that you take on as you build your partnership.
