You can check how an AppExchange listing is performing in the Marketplace Analytics dashboard.

User Permissions Needed
To view Marketplace Analytics: Manage Listings
  1. Log in to the Salesforce Partner Community.
  2. Click Publishing.
  3. Click Analytics.
  4. Select the listing to view.
