PublishStatusEvent (Pilot)

Tracks the results of one or more asynchronous publish operations of high-volume platform events. The results are grouped by status and event API name. This object is available in API version 49.0 and later.

We provide Publish Status Events to selected customers through a pilot program that requires agreement to specific terms and conditions. To be nominated to participate in the program, contact Salesforce. Pilot programs are subject to change, and we can’t guarantee acceptance. Publish Status Events isn’t generally available unless or until Salesforce announces its general availability in documentation or in press releases or public statements. We can’t guarantee general availability within any particular time frame or at all. Make your purchase decisions only on the basis of generally available products and features. Represents an ID value that is populated by the system and refers to the position of the event in the event stream. Replay ID values aren’t guaranteed to be contiguous for consecutive events. A subscriber can store a replay ID value and use it on resubscription to retrieve missed events that are within the retention window.

  • FAILURE—The event could not be published due to a failure.
  • INVALID—The event is invalid.
  • SUCCESS—The event was published successfully.
